Surf Session - Deep Water Wave Pool

Waves for any skill level! From first-time surfers to experts, this deep water wave pool offers an exhilarating surf experience for everyone.

Wai Kai Wave operates both 100-foot wide waves and 30-foot wide waves. Wave heights can be made smaller for beginners or turned up high for advanced levels on demand.

30-foot channel is open Thursday thru Sunday

100-foot channel is open Monday thru Wednesday

The 30-foot channel is our standard wave size and works well for all skill levels. Regardless of your previous experience, we include an orientation session if it’s your first time on the Wai Kai Wave.

The session includes 45 minutes of wave time, during which you take turns with the other surfers, with a maximum of 10 people per session. Our Surf Staff are always available to provide tips and coaching suggestions to help you improve your skills.

More experienced surfers can also get grouped together or even book the wave as a private buyout for a fun session with friends.

Know Before You Go:

You must know how to swim and be comfortable with holding your breath for 10-seconds under water. You must be at least 10 years old and 80lbs to surf and if you are under 13 you need to have a parent or guardian present. You must agree to sign a waiver (or have a parent/guardian sign if you are under 18) and obey all posted surf rules of the venue. Please come dressed in a bathing suit or reserve use of the surfside lockers and remove all jewelry prior to surfing.

Surf boards are available or you can bring your own board.

You are allowed to body board, body surf, or surf.
